PC/ABS plastic is made of an alloy of PC plastic and ABS plastic, combining the two materials. The formability of ABS plastic and the mechanical properties, impact strength, temperature resistance, and UV resistance of PC plastic. There are no transparent particles in the color. PC/ABS plastic is widely used in automotive interior parts, commercial machinery, communication equipment, household appliances, and lighting equipment.

Drying treatment: Drying treatment must be carried out before processing. The humidity should be less than 0.04%, and the recommended drying conditions are 90-110C for 2-4 hours.

Injection speed: as high as possible. Chemical and physical properties: PC/ABS has comprehensive properties of both PC and ABS. For example, the easy processing characteristics of ABS and the excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability of PC. The ratio of the two will affect the thermal stability of PC/ABS materials. PC/ABS hybrid materials also exhibit excellent flow characteristics. The shrinkage rate is about 0.5%.

PC/ABS plastic is a modified engineering plastic synthesized through mixing. Among them, PC is polycarbonate, and ABS is a copolymer of acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B), and styrene (S). This modified plastic has better performance than pure PC and ABS, such as improved impact resistance, increased heat resistance, increased hardness, etc.

Characteristics of PC/ABS plastic:

1. Good comprehensive performance, high impact strength, chemical stability, and good electrical properties;

2.372 Organic glass has good weldability. It is made of two colors of plastic, and the surface can be chrome plated or painted;

3. It has high impact resistance, high heat resistance, flame retardancy, reinforcement, transparency, and other grades;

4. Poor liquidity compared to HIPS, better than PMMA, PC, etc., and good flexibility;

5. Good mechanical performance balance;

6. It has high impact strength even at low temperatures;

7. Indoor UV stability;

8. Higher thermal deformation temperature (80-125 ℃);

9. Flame retardancy (UL945VB);

10. Wide color range;

11. Easy to inject and extrude, blow molding processing;

12. Good electroplating;

13. The total density is between 1.05-1.20.
