Step 3: Quotation and Lead Time Confirmation - A detailed quotation is provided, including material specs, unit price, mold or tooling cost (if applicable), and estimated timelines for sampling and bulk production.
Step 4: Sample Production and Client Approval - We offer A4-sized samples within 2 days for basic validation, or produce full-sized samples within 3–7 days for performance testing and fitment confirmation.
Step 5: Mass Production with Real-Time Quality Monitoring - Once the sample is approved, we initiate full-scale production under strict quality control procedures, ensuring consistency across the entire order.
Step 6: Final Inspection and Secure Packaging - Finished products undergo comprehensive inspections for dimensions, appearance, and performance, followed by customized packaging to meet transit and storage requirements.
Step 7: On-Time Delivery and Technical Support - Orders are shipped as scheduled, with continuous after-sales technical support to assist with any processing or application challenges the customer may face.
