4. The fluidity is slightly worse than HIPS, but better than PMMA, PC, etc., with good flexibility.
5. There are also fire-resistant ABS plastic sheets, mainly used as materials for the information industry, such as computer casings, modems, monitor casings, etc. Suitable for producing general mechanical parts, wear-resistant parts, transmission parts, and telecommunications parts.
Molding performance:
1. Amorphous material, with moderate fluidity and high moisture absorption, must be thoroughly dried. Plastic parts that require a glossy surface must be preheated and dried for a long time at 80-90 degrees Celsius.
2. It is advisable to use high material temperature and high mold temperature, but if the material temperature is too high, it is prone to decomposition (decomposition temperature>270 degrees). For high-precision plastic parts, the mold temperature should be set at 50-60 degrees. For relatively high gloss and heat-resistant plastic parts, the mold temperature should be set at 60-80 degrees.
3. To solve the problem of water streaks, it is necessary to improve the flowability of the material by using high material temperature, high mold temperature, or changing the water level.
4. Can form heat-resistant or flame-retardant ABS plastic sheets. Usage: Electrical: Electrical components, radio casing.
