Regarding the base material, we have selected PVC/ABS composite sheets. This material combines the flexibility of PVC with the high strength of ABS, possessing excellent impact resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. Production process

 

In terms of manufacturing process, the product utilizes industry-leading vacuum forming technology. This technology precisely controls temperature, pressure, and molding time, ensuring that the PVC/ABS sheet perfectly conforms to the mold, accurately replicating every contour, hole, and curve of the instrument panel. Precautions for use

 

1. Storage: Keep the prototype in a dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight, high temperature (over 60℃) and humidity. Place it flat on a clean surface; do not stack heavy objects on it.
2. Processing Prep: Clean the prototype surface of dust and oil with neutral detergent and dry it before foaming. Check if its size and structure match requirements; contact after-sales for inconsistencies.
3. Processing & Transportation: Follow equipment specs for foaming/spraying, controlling temperature and pressure properly. Package with shock-absorbing materials during transportation; handle with care.
4. Others: Do not use defective prototypes; contact after-sales promptly. Unauthorized modification of the basic structure is prohibited.
